Lil' Elites +
Kids. Need. Exercise. Period. Most children need at least an hour of physical activity every day. Regular exercise helps children:
Feel less stressed
Feel better about themselves
Maintain a healthy weight
Build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints
Sleep better at night
As kids (and Americans in general) spend more time watching TV and staring at screens, they spend less time exercising and enjoying the world around them! Parents can set a good example by being active themselves. And exercising is a great family activity!
In a day and age where many children struggle with identity, body, and weight issues, it can be very difficult to find a program that fits all of a younger person’s needs. This is why I have designed a fitness program where children can work with their peers or alongside their parents in a comprehensive program designed to motivate young minds and bodies and shape positive attitudes.
